London 2006

We went to London 28^th - 30^th April for an Aruba reunion. We made a weekend of it and became tourists in our capital city. We stayed at the Grosvenor House on Park Lane and went to see "The Producers" on the Friday evening. A show well worth going to see! On Saturday we went to Madame Tussauds, the Sherlock Holmes Museum and the Bramah Tea and Coffee Museum. The evening of the Saturday the reunion was held at a Caribbean restaurant in Greenwich. Most of the others were staying in a hotel near the dome. So we all met up there for a drink and finally, after a long wait, went to the restaurant. We had a good time, though because there was a surprise party there too, the food took a while to be served and Angie and I had to leave before the end. Rumour has it another is to be held next year, in Brighton. Watch this space!!
